This policy applies to all online consultation bookings with Dr. Tanmay Bhandari, whether made through the website, phone call, or text message.

1. Appointment Booking

  • Online consultations can be booked via the official website, phone call, or text message.

  • Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or phone, as applicable.

  • All bookings require full payment of the consultation fee at the time of scheduling.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee

  • All booking fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • By confirming a session, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations may be made at any time before the scheduled session by contacting us.

  • While no refund will be issued, sessions cancelled at least 12 hours in advance may be eligible for one-time complimentary rescheduling, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session or no-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or any credit.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed once, if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the appointment will not be accommodated and the session will be considered forfeited.

5. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

  • If you miss your session without prior notice (a “no-show”), the consultation will be considered completed and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

6. Session Cancellation by Dr. Tanmay Bhandari

  • In the rare event that a session is cancelled by Dr. Tanmay Bhandari due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A full rescheduling at your convenience, or

    • A full refund.

7. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies may arise. While the booking fee remains non-refundable, exceptions for rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of Dr. Bhandari's team.
